The Community Building and Integrity Network

The Community Building and Integrity Network is a resource group with the purpose of creating integrity in the workforce to build community and understanding among UNT faculty and staff. To do so we will uphold the UNT System values as follows:

    c. Model ethical behavior that is honest, transparent, and authentic.
  2. Be Curious
    a. Learn about the experiences, backgrounds, and stories of our fellow UNT community members.
    b. Consider new experiences of learning and growth.
  3. We Care
    a. Be person-first and build community at UNT.
    b. Speak up when things are successful and speak out when a need is identified.
  4. Better Together
    a. Foster a more intentionally inclusive and equitable environment at UNT by developing awareness and understanding of different experiences.
    b. Support opportunities to remove barriers to belonging.
