From Gaps to Goals: Gearing Up for Math Bootcamp

Complete our two-week online summer bootcamp with the Math Department to prepare for the Fall, a chance to advance in your course placement, AND be eligible for a reduced cost TSI re-testing opportunity!

Course advancement example: students placed in a developmental math course for the Fall semester could be eligible to advance into their college-level math course with tutoring co-requisite course depending on progress made in bootcamp.

Associated costs:

• $10 for math bootcamp course through ALEKS PPL (purchased through ALEKS publisher)
• $10 for TSI re-testing opportunity following bootcamp (optional)

Eligibility:

• Incoming Fall 2025 undergraduate (transfer or freshman)
• TSI incomplete in Math
• Must have TSI scores on file with UNT

Students can only register and complete bootcamp one time.
TSI re-test option is offered as opportunity to meet TSI requirements. Completing the bootcamp alone does not meet TSI requirements.
