Free TSI Testing for Incoming Students

The Office of Student Success is offering a one-time TSI testing opportunity for incoming students completely FREE. Students that use this opportunity will not be able to use this opportunity a second time if they want to retest. For other testing options, visit our testing page.

Please note:
  • Students must have not tested with UNT prior
  • Summer or Fall 2026 admitted student
  • Available virtually only
  • Must have computer/laptop with a webcam, sound, and reliable internet connection
  • Opportunity only valid PRIOR to orientation
Before sitting for the assessment, all students MUST complete the Pre-Assessment Activity.
