Research and Creativity Enhancement (RCE) Proposals Due

The Research Office is now accepting applications for the Research and Creativity Enhancement (RCE) program, for 2013 awards.  The RCE program is exclusively intended for selected tenured faculty in liberal arts and fine arts disciplines to enhance their research, scholarly, and/or creative endeavors. Please take the opportunity to review the announcement and consider applying.

Visit the website for further information and application materials. Please use only newly-downloaded application forms, as the requested materials and document formatting have changed.

In partnership with UNT-International, proposals with a global component requiring international travel may request funding beyond the normal budget cap.  See application materials for details.

RCE proposals are due by 5:00pm, October 17, 2012.  Proposals may be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Vice President for Research, Hurley Administration Building, Room 175, or (preferred) they may be submitted electronically (including a scanned copy of the signatures page) to: Rick.Knight@unt.edu . Questions regarding proposal submissions may also be directed to Rick Knight at Ext. 3975.

Note that departmental and college deadlines likely precede the ORED deadline.
