Given the low registration, we are cancelling our Mentor Training Breakfast scheduled for Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Many have expressed their desire to have a remote presentation, so we will reschedule this session in the coming weeks so that it is easier for the mentors to participate.

This event is for members of the faculty mentoring program. Faculty Success invites cross-disciplinary mentors and traditional mentors from the past three new faculty cohorts to enjoy breakfast while learning more about UNT's mentoring program. Topics will include a program overview, the importance of mentoring as it relates to retention and job satisfaction,, expectations of mentors, and tips for being an effective mentor. We also will distribute the Cross-Disciplinary Mentoring Training Guide.
