As academic leaders, what can we do to improve the recruitment and retention of underrepresented faculty at UNT? Have we created a climate at UNT that is positive and supportive for faculty of color? Dr. Luís Fraga’s interactive session will offer specific strategies on how to create and maintain an inclusive faculty of highly respected scholars and exceptional teachers.
