Welcome to the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Office of the Provost is responsible for providing leadership in the development and administration of UNT’s academic programs. In addition to UNT’s colleges, schools, and Libraries; the Provost’s Office encompasses the following areas: Academic Resources; Academic Support; Career Connect; Center for Learning Enhancement, Assessment, and Redesign; Core Curriculum; Faculty Success; and International Affairs. Home to 11 colleges and 2 schools, numerous top 100 programs, and nationally-recognized centers and institutes, UNT offers a wide range of educational opportunities that allow students to truly make degrees their own. From traditional face-to-face programs to accelerated online master’s programs to professional development courses, UNT offers something for everyone. The UNT community has outstanding talent. With more than 1,500 faculty members, UNT is committed to developing creative, insightful, and informed citizens that are prepared for rewarding careers in fields of their choice.
