Did you know? The number of international faculty at UNT is large and growing, and this group faces a unique set of challenges, including bridging cultural differences, feelings of isolation, difficulties in establishing effective relationships with students, and navigating the complex process of obtaining permanent residency status.

The mission of the International Faculty Network at UNT is to bridge cultural differences, feelings of isolation, difficulties in establishing effective relationships with students, and help faculty navigate the complex process of obtaining permanent residency status.

The International Faculty Network meets monthly around themes that allow members to share obstacles and solutions. The next International Faculty Network Lunch is at Avesta in the UNT Union, Thursday March 7th, from 12pm-1pm.
