1. Apply for admissions to UNT. Apply for UNT admission through the online ApplyTexas portal and pay the application fee upon submission. View step-by-step directions to apply. New applicants will receive an automated email once their application is processed. This email will contain directions to activate their UNT account, complete with their EUID and PIN. After “their EUID and PIN.” add a new sentence that reads, Please check the spam folder of the email you used for your ApplyTexas account if you have not received this email. Once students have activated their account, they can log in to myUNT using their EUID and new password.
  2. Submit Meningitis Vaccination Documentation.
    • If attending class on a UNT campus submit evidence of meningitis vaccination. Use the following link for more information: Meningitis Information
    • If attending class only online, a meningitis vaccination is not required, but you will still see a meningitis hold in your myUNT account. This will not prevent you from registering.
  3. Complete a Dual Credit Approval Form. Use the following link to the Dual Credit Approval Form: Dual Credit Approval Form. Include the semester, courses, sign and obtain signatures from a parent or guardian, and a school counselor or administrator. Upload the completed form through your myUNT account.

  5. Pay for Classes. Clear the financial obligation hold. Make payment. Use the following link for payment instructions: UNT Dual Credit Payment Process

Returning Dual Credit Students

  1. Complete a Dual Credit Approval Form. Complete the dual credit approval form.  Include the semester, courses, sign and obtain signatures from a parent or guardian, and a school counselor or administrator. Send the completed form to dualcredit@unt.edu
