NOTE:
The Faculty Handbook has served as a reference tool, highlighting and summarizing various procedures and practices for faculty members. It is not a source of authority on faculty matters. Rather, it points to various resources, including policies, that govern the activities of the university and its faculty.
At this time, UNT policies at the system, university and division levels are undergoing significant review and revision. Updates to the Faculty Handbook have been suspended until the policy revision processes are complete.
The following link will provide access to an archival copy of the Faculty Handbook. Individuals using the document should do so with the understanding that much of its content may be out of date.
