Faculty Leave Benefits Addendum

All faculty development leave requests must be submitt= ed using the following application form. All requests must be approved through your department/division chair, dean, and the Provost.

Absence to= Attend Conferences & Professional Meetings Policy:

Requests to attend conferences or professional meetings require approval from your department/division chair and college dean. Any request for leave extending 2 = weeks or longer during the fall or spring semesters OR 1 week or longer during a summer term, also requires approval from the Provost. All requests must be submitted usi= ng the following VPAA 150 form Faculty Application for Approval of Leave:

Supplemental travel funds may be available to faculty presenting at conferences or workshops.&nb= sp; To request travel funds, the following Supplemental Travel Request f= orm must be submitted and approved by your department/division chair and dean of your school or college.
