UNT has always attracted talented and enterprising students.  The Sherman/ Barsanti Inspiration Awards seek to reward students who exhibit extraordinary originality and dedication to their creative pursuits and who have a marked capacity for self-direction. The awards are made possible thanks to $350,000 in support from Bob and Bette Sherman.

Any current UNT faculty or staff member may nominate a student for a Sherman/Barsanti Inspiration Award. Students must be nominated. Self-nominations will not be considered.
